Payments and Credits
- Paid plans and credit purchases are billed according to the selected product
- All purchases are final. Credits are delivered instantly and are non-refundable once processed
- Credits may be consumed at different rates depending on model and settings
- Prices, plans, and included usage may change over time

Prohibited Conduct
You may not use Hula AI to:
