Refund Policy

Hula AI is a digital product platform. All purchases — including subscription plans and one-time credit packs — are delivered instantly as digital credits and are non-refundable once processed.

Why We Don't Offer Refunds

Credits are delivered to your account immediately after payment. Because digital credits cannot be "returned" once delivered, we are unable to offer refunds for completed purchases.

Exceptions

We will review and resolve the following billing issues:

  • Duplicate charges: If you were charged more than once for the same purchase, we will correct it
  • Payment processing errors: If a technical error resulted in an incorrect charge, we will investigate and fix it

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewal. Your credits and access continue through the end of the current paid period.

Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the current or any prior billing period.

How to Report a Billing Issue

If you believe there is a billing error, please contact us with:

  1. Your account email
  2. Purchase date and amount
  3. A description of the issue
